awhile ago, i picked up a new phone so i wouldn’t be stuck with the piece of garbage my old phone was. after it was all said and done, i ended up getting a motorola again (i know i know, you’d think i would learn) because it was a pretty good price for the phone (no camera or colour). anyways, aside from the normal retarded ui and other quirks, i can’t say it’s really treating my badly at all.

the most worrisome feature was of course, the battery life since i had serious problems with the battery previously. i was pleasantly surprised when my phone would retain its charge for a week even when i’m enclosed within concrete for 30 hours a week. but since then i’ve discovered a subtle flaw which i think is best illustrated with the picture to your right. there is something wrong with adapter connector on the phone such that it will only charge when i position the phone in this arrangement (notice the cord being wrapped around the adapter). this wasn’t under the troubleshooting section of the manual to say the least.
