went to the peel pub last night to catch the leafs game (2-0 toronto). dunno if it was because of saturday or the easter long weekend, but it was filled to the brim with people (kinda like a mess hall with booze). anyways the atmosphere there was amazing; it was packed and everyone was there for the same reason. also, on the subway, ran into some fans with their face painted blue and white and on the way back, they took over the car and started chanting go leafs go and ed-die. it’s hard to not give into the hype.
