In View, the Tragically Hip’s first single from their new CD World Container had a lot of airplay in the weeks preceding the albums release. But ever since the album has been out, I haven’t heard it on the radio once. This sounds like an example of payola does it not?

John Mayer’s first single from Continuum: Waiting On The World To Change is an average single. I don’t particularly think it’s great, nor is it bad. This is on par with other Mayer singles: Your Body Is A Wonderland, Daughters, Why Georgia, etc; I don’t think they’re the best songs by him. I’m hoping that the second single off Continuum will be Belief. It’s a catchy song with great lyrics; but knowing my luck it probably won’t.
