nowadays i get my hair cut at this korean hair salon down the street. it’s like your usual oriental run shop; lots of ikea and other cheap fixtures. the waiting area is in a corner of the shop, and to my surprise consists of a seemingly expensive leather couch (with 2 corner pieces!). the couch seems really out of place in the dingy salon, but i imagine that after hours they have crazy drunken karaoke sessions there.
