In 1B, for reasons I can’t remember now, I decided to learn how to juggle. So I spent a few spare moments every once in awhile juggling at first two balls, and eventually three. It really isn’t that hard to learn, and was kind neat to think that I could be a clown if my engineering degree didn’t pan out (not really).
As many fads do, my enthusiasm for juggling faltered and I hung my circus aspirations up. In the meantime though, I started collecting better juggling balls. The balls that I had before weren’t meant for juggling nor where they meant for durability. I could have spent $20 on real juggling balls but being quite serious about not being a clown, I had gotten balls that eventually leaked beads.
So a few years later I had collected my juggling balls which I think are fairly suited to juggling. They’re not bad, only lacking in weight. You may recognize them as stress balls which I suppose is a metaphor for juggling, or possibly as the earth which may reveal what my actual aspirations are bwahaha!
