i went to a career fair today, not much use really since i don’t need a job, but i got lots of cool free stuff (like my first ever slinky!). it was actually pretty stupid, all the companies were small waterloo startups who used their vc money (or something) to make trinkets in order to bribe students to attend. i’m surprised most of those companies are still around because a lot of them did business related to buzzwords such as b2b; they didn’t seem really big so i figure they’d’ve disappeared in the .bomb

came across this really cool optical illusion. i won’t describe it so you have to see it for yourself, but it’s unbelievable!
