Live-person voice automated systems suck. You know the ones I’m talking about? When you call a company and you have to speak what you want to do or press the proper button on your numeric pad. I’ve complained about them previously when dealing with Rogers.
So a cheat sheet which describes how to reach a live operator at various major companies is great, the only problem is that this one is for the US. There is a Canadian page in the process of being built, but in the meantime you can only access the underlying data.
