i saw silence of the lambs followed immediately by hannibal yesterday…i found that hannibal was pretty crappy compared to silence of the lambs…first the main character was played by a different actor and for some reason was given a more assertive personality then in the first one…in the first one she seemed naive and unsure of what she was doing, but in hannibal she was ordering everyone around…and i think what made silence of the lambs popular was that it was suspenseful and full of tension…something that hannibal lacked
